To use this site to communicate with us securely you must have a userid and password to login. You will receive these in an office visit.

The communication process works as follows:

• You want to send us a message
  • First log in with your userid and password.
  • Type in your message and hit the send button
  • We will receive an email that you have sent us a message
  • After we reply to your message you will receive an email that the reply has been sent.
  • You will not receive the reply. Instead you will have to log in again to read the reply. This makes the message and reply confidential.
• We send you a message
  • You will receive an email that you have a message from us on this site
  • You must log in to read the message
  • You can reply to that message using the reply button

You may send us a message about the following:

• Scheudling or cancelling an appointment
• A question about a technique you have been practicing
• A question about a medication or the effect of a medication
• Renewing your medication
